Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depend on the work load, data driven app or website, graphic and so on. The pricing for every project is quoted specifically on the overview of the work and finished product.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We meet with the client to get an overview of the project. 2. We develop and S.R.S. which outlines the project from beginning to end. 3. Weekly updates – when updates are available (sometime the work is time consuming which will go for a week or two depending on the work load). 4. Testing and debugging 5. Present the finished project and close the deal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. Computer science 2. X Code 3. Java script 4. HTML 5. WordPress 6. Photoshop 7. Adobe 8. CSS 9. And so on
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got start program my own app.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Marketing companies, medical companies, the restaurant industry, dental industry.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We finalized and submitted the app to the iTunes store. It was a medical app for a client in the medical field. A lot of work and it was extremely rewarding because the project is aimed at making a difference in people’s lives.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advise is to have a complete understand of the project and to give the developer a complete overview of what to create. To be ready for the cost of the project. Development of any app is a difficult task. Not as simple as creating a website or graphic design work. A totally different world.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The future of the finished product. The overall cost, maintenance of the app or website after the development process is done.
